Join Us in Empowering Future Engineers: Get Involved with the WE Rise Mentorship Program.
On April 25, 2024, we proudly celebrated the accomplishments of our mentors and mentees within the WE Rise Mentorship Program. This initiative is dedicated to recruiting, retaining, rewarding, and elevating the next generation of engineers, particularly focusing on fostering the growth of women in the workplace. The honorable panel included Adrianne Collins, Alison Dunn, and Ciku Makumi. The panel was moderated by MAE alumnus John Sullivan.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our distinguished guests who participated in insightful discussions on the significance of mentorship and its profound impact on nurturing women’s talent in the professional sphere.
If you’re passionate about empowering future engineers and contributing to the advancement of women in the workplace, we invite you to join us in our mission. Whether you’re an experienced professional looking to mentor aspiring engineers or a motivated individual seeking guidance and support, there’s a place for you in the WE Rise Mentorship Program.
