Announcement for 2025-2026 Nominations

For the academic year 2025-2026 we encourage nominations for both the MAE Distinguished Young Alumnus Award and the MAE Distinguished Alumnus Award. Nomination forms are due by January 12, 2026 and will be evaluated by an award committee. Decisions will be reached prior to February 1, 2026, and the awards will be bestowed on the awardees at the MAE Annual Awards Banquet on April 23, 2026. We request the nomination process to be discreet and without the involvement of the nominee.

  • Make sure the candidates CV includes: Education (all earned degrees, dates, major fields, and institutions)

    • Outstanding Alumnus Award Nomination Fields

      The below fields should be specific to the nomination
    • (Technical, professional, business, and social)
    • Work (technical, commercial, national, etc.) cited in the previous item
    • Pertinent refereed articles, patents, books, book chapters, proceedings, and other contributions.
    • Boards, committees, consultancies, important offices held and contributions to society.
    • Honors, awards, prizes, honorary degrees, etc., include institution and date

    If you need to update your nomination shortly after submitting it, it is OK to resubmit it. Just ensure:
    1) You use the exact same nominee name.
    2) You use the exact same file name.
