The MAE Department maintains an External Advisory Board (EAB) to assist the Department with a number of strategic initiatives as well as provide guidance toward our goals of continuous improvement. The EAB serves an advisory role on curriculum changes, accreditation and professional education of our students, and consults with the department chair and the faculty on important issues affecting the Department. EAB members are invited to join the EAB by the department chair in consultation with the MAE faculty and is comprised of thought leaders from across industry, government and academia, while representing the depth and breadth of the mechanical and aerospace engineering disciplines. The EAB members volunteer their time and service in support of MAE’s commitment to excellence in engineering education.
