The IT Support team is responsible for the purchase, maintenance, and removal of all things IT in the MAE department. This includes but is not limited to:
- Hardware (desktops, laptops, etc.)
- Software (Adobe licenses, departmental software licenses, etc.)
- Receiving and disposing of surplus IT equipment
- System risk assessments
- Web Applications and Management
- System patching
- Asset management
