Biography

LARRY GOLDSTEIN is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with a focus on early-stage software and communications businesses. Larry co-founded Seed Capital Partners and has been a founder, early investor, director and advisor to more than 25 early-stage high-technology companies.

Currently, Larry is actively involved in the development of Netzyn, Inc where he is the co-founder and CEO, MarketChorus, Inc where he is the co-founder and Chairman and Juvo Mobile, Inc where he led the Series A investment and is a Board Member.

Representative past investments include: Pavilion Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Rockwell Automation), NetSpeed, Inc. (Acquired by Cisco), Broadcast.com (IPO/Acquired by Yahoo, YHOO), DTM Corporation (Acquired by 3D Systems, TDSC), AMX (acquired by Duchossois), NetworkCar (Acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds, REY), and VocalData, Inc, (Acquired by Tekelec, TKLC).

From 2003-2018, Larry was also the primary financial advisor to Todd Wagner (co-founder of Broadcast.com) where he oversaw his investments. In this capacity, he structured and led the investment to create Content Partners, LLC, a unique entertainment finance company that grew to more than $1B in assets under management and was subsequently acquired by the Carlyle Group.

Larry holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
