Biography

Matt Sobieski is an Associate – Implementation at McKinsey & Company, based in Atlanta, Georgia where he lives with his wife, Katie. Matt graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2009 with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. After joining Lockheed Martin, Matt held various manufacturing roles in aerospace before starting his MBA. Upon graduating from Emory’s Goizueta Business School in 2014, he joined Equifax and held various leadership roles in operations strategy and quality assurance. More recently as a management consultant, Matt focuses on manufacturing transformations, helping companies in advanced industries like automotive and aerospace drive operational improvements.
