About:
Here at Gator Robotics, we specialize in making battlebots / combat robots for competitions. We currently build 1lb, 3lb, and 12lb combat robots with the goal of making a 250lb battlebot. Members get great real-world experience in CAD design, simulation, mechanical engineering, machining, electrical work, and managing their own robot’s progression in competition. We mostly go to competitions in Florida but robots that are 3lbs and above get the chance to compete at Norwalk Havoc Robot League which has competitions in several states.
